Don't speed, they say. Slow down in school zones, they say. Don't drive distracted, they say. Stop for school buses or you'll be punished, they say.

The driver of a police car reportedly crashed into and went under an empty school bus in front of Schuster Elementary School in El Paso, Texas. Personal fault for the collision was not immediately reported.
