i have a 2008 ic ce that the noise kill switch or solenoid is acting up. when you start the bus there will be no power to the noise kill. after turning the switch off and on a few times the power will come on but will go off after turning off the key again. also the emregency exit warning light and buzzer on the dash will activate when the switch is off. i have replaced the switch and the solenoids. Any thoughts?

I had a 2011 doing the same thing a few weeks ago and it was the ignition switch causing it on mine.

I had one a few years ago and the problem was one of the ignition relays being stuck.

probably tends to do it when its cold. most likely it's a bad body solenoid. we have the same problems with them.
2008 ic should look like this

I replaced both body solenoids again and have no problem now.

Are the solenoids mounted "upside down" as in with the posts downwards? If so you need to reconfigure to posts upwards or you're going to be doing this repeatedly. I think the was an ISIS or IKnow bulletin floating around about it...I'll see if I can find it today.
