i am having a problem vacuum filling the cooling system on a c2 it will not pull a vacuum i thought it was my tool but i bought a brand new one and still not pullin down i no there are no leaks i drained the system to only replace a hose do is there a special procedure to do this i have done hundreds of vacuum fills on ic ce buses with no problems any ideas?
You need to use the radiator cap on the side and not the fill cap on the top . The cap will vent air back in. I dont understand the logic why they put the cap on the inside and made it hard to work with .

I believe the tank is also used in applications that have it rotated so the cap that is on the side in a C2 is on the top.
