hard to start..replaced three injectors and all pucks. lugging and still hard to start. any help of ideas will be greatly appreciated THX!!!

Is it kicking any codes for low HP oil during cranking? also what is the fuel pressure while cranking?

Had one 6 months ago that was sluggish and started hard, ended up having a faulty Injector Pressure Regulator on HP pump... showed slow build up time at start up and then very eratic HP oil pressure on Service Maxx ...Did you ck or replace Injector Pressure Sensor on HP oil rail? while you were doing pucks and injectors?

Echo what is said above, With these newer motor Software can be your best friend,
