Just got our bus back from dealer with a new engine and have this code with crank no start. Checked battery fuses and cleaned them. Sometimes it will start and others it will not. Any ideas?

Tell the dealer to come and get it.

I have told them about it and they have already made one service call because the A/C belt wouldn't stay on and a few coolant leaks. I was just wondering if anybody has had any dealings with this code.

That code's for ECM voltage low. They want you to check power and ground, three-pin connector/harness pins, ECM relay. The relay would be the most likely culprit and the easiest quick swap. You can always hang on to the relay if it makes no difference. Is the bus still sometimes not firing? When it's not firing is it hot or cold?

How's the battery condition? I'm guessing 3 X GR31's? ECM is seeing 7V or less for an extended time to set that code.

yeah I cleaned batteries and connections there at the fuses, they all checked good, it still does this intermittently with no difference hot or cold temp. haven't checked relay yet. what is the relay location on this one at the rear with the engine? or up with all the body relays and fuses?

It's relay 6022 on my RE's in the back. Next to the EGR/Turbo relay 6023. It should be marked...mine are a year newer.

ok will check it again I just looked in there and didn't know which one it would be..moved all of them and tried it and it done fine through several key cycles. buttoned it all back up and shut the hood. tried it again and engine light stayed on the first key cycle. will check that relay location again.
