Good afternoon , 2004 International 3800 with a t444e engine , have oil in coolant resevoir , oil cooler ? , head gasket ? , injector cups ? , injector o-rings ? , anyone ever have this issue , Thank you .

Never had this issue, but you're probably on the right path. I would start with oil cooler, since it's probably the "easiest" of things to do. We had one with cracked heads and the oil did not mix with the coolant to a noticeable extent. If it was overheated recently, then maybe head gaskets. Ours was overheated pretty severly when it cracked the heads.

More than likely its the oil cooler.

I think we have done a dozen or so over the years and always has been the oil cooler. On a bus pretty easy to do, a lot harder on a ford truck.

My suggestion is to also replace all the heater hoses. That oil will degrade the hoses and cause blowout down the road. Also when you are done with the repairs fill the bus with water and a few good scoops of cascade DISHWASHER soap, the dry kind. if is non foaming and a great degreaser. run the bus to temp once or twice then drain and flush with clean water.
