ok i have this 2013 ic ce bus it runs bad sounds like there low fuel pressure i am getting an icp signal out of range hi there is not dtc number it just says dtc n/a spn 164 count 0 now if u watch the coude while engine is running it will disappear then come right back on but count stil says zero took it to dealer and the replaced the icp i am not sure where its located so cant check but it ran ok for one run driver came in last night and it was shakin and lots of engine noise it never turns on any lights but the code is always there i watch the icp numbers and the actual is always very close to the dedired number anyone have any ideas
