Can someone give me a quick primer on how to host pictures (embedded) here?

It's been a while since I've posted a pic. If I remember correctly you need to go to a site like Photobucket and upload your pic, then there is a link there you can copy and past into the text here. Hope this helps

It worked!! You can use any photo (doesn't have to be yours) on photobucket. Just click on the IMG in the "Links to Share this Photo" box on the right of the photo you select then past it here.
Hope this helps.
Also, if it's your photo I believe you can adjust the photo size so it doesn't take up so much room on the forum page.
