hey guys i have a 2008 ce bus with the vt365 i had it in shop repairing the cross arm when all of a sudden i smelled something burning and under the air cleaner box was a moudule that was smoking does anyone not what that module does i have another bus same year and motor and it doent have this module

I believe it operates the dash board ammeter. Does the other bus without the module have an ammeter?

Why yes, the ORIGinal CHARGER is a Fastback

no it does not and the amp meter light is on can i run bus without that module

Its called the PAM module and Fastback is correct it runs the ammeter on the dash. You can unplug it and run the bus.

ok kewl i need to use this bus it has special camera in it and the connector on the module melted to the module so i got try and find connecter for it or may just eliminate it but the amp light will stay on

Heres your part #s for the connector,
Connector 3553404c1
Lock 3553460c1
Blank plugs 35527276c1
Terminal pins 3518963c1
you will need 5 plugs and 6 terminals

wow thanks for info guys and part numbers it would have takin me hours on phone probably to get those parts will it effect anything else with that moduke disconnected
