I have a cat with intermintant white smoke only once in awhile, the tube from turbo to intercooler looks a little wet, turbo seal? has anyone had this problem, ps I have to do a manual regen every day on this.
If your doing a manual regen everyday it should be setting some codes. It should regen about every four engine hours. We had one we had to pull off a short run because it never had long enough to get a regen done, turbo seals are a problem on those units hold on to your wallet, ours are off warranty I changed a turbo myself last summer it's a job that's for sure and still expensive. As for the smoke ours are always doing something strange the ARD might be trying to light and flaming out.
