Hoping to get some help identifying a part from someone who is familiar with the inside of a 2005 DT466EGR motor only. Recently one of our buses was getting the oil change when a piece of metal came out with the oil. The mechanic was able to "fish out" two more pieces of what appears to be a machined part. It does have some what of a magnetism. It is machined on both sides and appears to have broken off of "something". We sent the part to the local International Truck shop and they said it was part of the HP oil pump. I can see how this would have came off the HP pump and ended in the oil pan. Anyone seen anything like this from a 2005 DT466 EGR? thanks
