i have a 2005 international vt365 has no power and blows what looks like white smoke might be blue i changed turbo cause seals where bad still no power and lots of smoke ran all tests with computer only problem that came up was egr eram fault i took ebp out tube was clogged cleaned out put new sensor on still same problem swapped out idm with none good one still no change all fluids are full so i cant tell what its burning with as bad as it smokes u would think a fluid ie antifreeze or oil would be low but they are all good anyone have any ideas

Sounds like EGR cooler. I could be wrong though. We've had a few with symptoms like that and that is what it ended up being. Good luck.

We had the same problem last month with an 06. replaced it with an aftermarket cooler from http://www.bulletproofdiesel.com/default.asp
what a difference between the oem and the aftermarket.

thanks for the replies guys i am not lossing any coolant i never checked the coolant pressure but on of the main problems is i couldnt get my computer to link with the bus i had a sister bus that the motor blew up so just for the heck of it i swapped computers and i got it to link up did a balance test and found three weak injectors i swapped them with some used ones i had bus ran alot better no smoke i am going to replace all of the injectors with new ones

Possible injectors. a know issue with the VT365. good luck

replaced all injectors and the thing runs great now
