Can you remove the radiator out the side door on a 2009 Blue Bird AARE with a C7? If so, what is the procedure? If not, what is the procedure? The bus will not fit in my shop so I am trying to figure out if I have the right equipment to do it outside on an asphalt driveway.

Thanks.

I usually do them outside myself. Pull the back bumper and take the radiator out the back. It won't fit through the side. I have done several that way. Hardest thing is getting to the fan shroud bolts and not breaking them off. Use a can of PB Blaster on all hardware.

WolfOr,

Do you seperate the radiator from the CAC? Thus, just removing the rad.

Yes I drop the CAC out the bottom and pull it out first. Take the bumper off out of the way. I like to get everything degreased and checked for defects. Trash likes to collect between the CAC and radiator. Shutters make it even worse, I suggest deleting them if installed.
