Hi all, I did a search on this and didn't find the answer i was looking for. What happened with the Hino/Starcraft Type C? Did it make it to production or did it fail?
That's a good question. The school bus market would be a tough one to break into. I know Starcraft already has experience in the industry but it is not with the large bus platform.
Someone who works at a Hino dealership told me that the deal between Starcraft and Hino was on hold. He didn't have any specifics, but said it would not be ready for the market any time soon. That was over a year ago, and we still haven't seen it, so I have my doubts that it will ever happen.
