under bus on drivers side are two wires one hot and one ground that use pass throughs to go through the floor and to the main power for the cab chck both sides of these wires for voltage consitant with that at battery. the top is behind the kick plate just under the front of the switch cabinet. under the switch plate is a P.D.M. for the cab and some of the body proper.
On the front of the firewall drivers side are two studs that pass though the cab, look inside to see which studs have wires and then look outside. I have had to put both wires on the same stud to repair bad cab grounds. Also check the ground wire under the floor next to the hot feed passthrough for corrosion as well as the frame to body ground strap somewhere behind the battery box. C-2's are notorious for ground problems.
