Replaced a dash/ cluster in a 04 IC because the gauges were all bouncing around at times. It worked perfectly for 2-3 months now its doing the same exact thing. Have any of you guys ran into new clusters acting up so shortly after replacement? Is there somthing else that could be causing this? The connections on the cluster look fine, it just seems like the replacement cluster has went out too.

Those clusters are very frustrating. I've replaced some, soldered some and removed some with a desire to smash them up and send them to Navistar with a nastygram.
The most common issue is the solder around the ground terminal of the center plug cracking.

If it doesn't fit, FORCE it.
If it breaks, well, it needed replacing anyway.
