Looks like these giants of the School Bus industry are living in the state of denial. In the 14 years I have been in the School Bus business drivers are and have been in short supply, along with the horrible attendance of some drivers it makes managing a facility a real challenge.
I'm wrapping up year 13, and I echo what WallyG says. I wonder if the middle management is keeping the entire truth away from the upper management after reading this piece!
