Ok I've been having issue after issue with this bus.

It has been idiling rough while in gear and foot on the brake and takes a few seconds before it takes off and runs fine.

Friday backing up the tranny squealed and slipped and acted like the brakes was on.
Checked the fluid and it shows full..

Get in it this morning and start it up move it around (cold) and it goes thru all the gears including reverse just fine.

I had a transmission cooler line leak that was fixed, could low fluid and the dipstick not reading right be my issue? Tranny was rebuilt about 3000k miles ago.

Could a bad electric vaccum regulator on it cause all the gerif? Or a bad torque converter?
Or do I have two seperete issues?

We don't have any reputable repair places around here so I've been trying to work on it myself. But it's looking more and more like a trip to International.

Okay, a question or two. What Vintage,Make,Model,Engine and model of Trans. Maybe five, or perhaps I missed that. Low fuid could sure cause slipping.
