headlights wont go out when key off / tryed new headlight switch , is there a daytime running lights module or relay , 2000 navistar 3800 school bus

We've had that problem before where the ignition switch is wore out, and the driver shuts off the bus and removes the key not knowing that it's in the accessory position. The DRL will turn on if the ignition switch is in the accessory position. Replaced ignition switch and problem was solved.

Turned out to be daytime running light module located in the left kick panel , thanks for the response
