The 2013 Fact Book mailed out to our subscribers on Dec. 17. The next issue is our January issue, which is scheduled to mail out on Jan. 7. | Our district didn't as well. I called the 888 number yesterday, both the Mechanic and my subscriptions are active and we have not recieved the 2013 Fact Book. |

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your copy of the Fact Book. Our subscription house (which you can contact via the telephone number above) will be able to assist you in determining the status of your subscription, and they can tell you what address is on file to make sure that the magazine is being sent to the correct place.
In the meantime, if you would like me to mail you a copy of the Fact Book, please e-mail me at kelly.roher@bobit.com, and I'll be happy to. Please include your full name and the address where you'd like the Fact Book to be mailed in your e-mail.
