Hey,

Im new. I have a question about the 466 and having the floats for the fuel sending unit stick after the bus sits for the summer. It has been happening on our 2004 Internationals. Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it?

Welcome!

my IH's are very bad with the fuel gauge sending units/ dash gauges/ etc.

The only thing you can count on is how unreliable they are.
New sending units aren't pricey, but can be a pain depending on how the tanks are mounted.

My trucks don't sit for long times like yours do, so I've never faced the situation you speak of, but have issues none the less.

if you don't know- don't let your drivers run the 466 out of fuel! They can be a real pain to get reprimed on the side of the road or over the phone.
