I have a C2 Thomas that will run the batteries down over night but not all the time. It seams to do it after a rain. I have checked all of the electrical connection at the Balk head Module, Chassis module and the fuse panel on the fender for moister also check the alt for draw. I made sure the modules were going to sleep. Any ideas?
Thanks

Unplug the wiper motor overnight.

Is the wiper motor still running directly off of BHM outputs or is it running off of relays.

There have been a couple versions and variances of the circuit.
- Earliest - no relays - power from BHM to motor. Can convert to bosch relay
- next - single relay in old square fender PDM (not Waterproof)
- can conver to dual relay
- dielectric grease the relay pin-ins.
- Current - (EPA '10) sealed rectangular fender PDM = problem solved
- I am not sure what your problem is then....

I may not know the answer but I can usually find who does.

Hello Make sure dash is going to sleep. A bad smart switch can keep it awake causing your draw.
