Have had off and on problems with starting and stalling. Now it won't start again. Flash code shows 543 (IDM faults not received) When I checked high pressure oil pressure, because of having problems there before, The pressure is 3500 cranking. Changed IPR and pressure sensor but still the same. What would cause this.

Is this unit a three box or one box engine? Three box units had a lot of trouble with the connectors on the ends of the harness that hooked all three boxes together, if you take apart the connectors you can use a pick or small pin to push the three small fingers of the contacts in to grip the pins better. If a one box the power connector from the unit to the ecm would hold water and rot the power pin off in the ecm, pin is on the bottom row 3 or4 from left i think it's been a while since one of mine had that trouble. The green goo would somtimes let enough juce through to run albeit poorly.
