and in a near by school district there was this incident just released by that local sheriff dept. Bus driver arrested for Endangering the welfare of a child. Why? Because the students onboard were becoming loud and disruptive and the driver tried to quiet one of the students by placing their hand over that students mouth - nothing more nothing less. So? What and or how are the drivers or monitors to do to maintain control....
Uhmm, pull over and wait until they settle down - not in this area because then you have parents screaming that their child is 3 minutes late. Not that you'd be allowed to sit beside the road in 90 degree temperatures. Even if you could, would you want to sit there and listen to the noise until they did settle down.

Its time the school systems step up and BAN student Proveledges of riding the school bus. If they cannot behave make the parents transport them or make them walk! make an incident go viral, and maybe someone will pitty you enough to send you $600,000!
