LAKE COUNTY, FL -- A 10-year-old boy who was waiting for his school bus was struck and killed by a man Tuesday morning, whom highway troopers say didn't have a driver's license.

Clutching onto a picture of her son, Anthony, Susie Moore told News 13 she's numb.

Anthony was waiting to catch the bus to go to Minneola Elementary Charter School when troopers said Mario Saucedo, 39, struck and killed the boy.

The driver was speeding westbound on Lake Minneola Shores Road when the boy was about to cross the street.

Officers said the child hesitated and then started to cross the road again when he was struck. ...

That is so tragic. Feel so sad for the family. You would think the driver, seeing that he did not have a license, would be cautious so he wouldn't alert the police. No wonder why the moron didn't have a DL. He will have to live with that for the rest of his life.
