LAKE COUNTY, FL -- A 10-year-old boy who was waiting for his school bus was struck and killed by a man Tuesday morning, whom highway troopers say didn't have a driver's license.

Clutching onto a picture of her son, Anthony, Susie Moore told News 13 she's numb.

That is so tragic. Feel so sad for the family. You would think the driver, seeing that he did not have a license, would be cautious so he wouldn't alert the police. No wonder why the moron didn't have a DL. He will have to live with that for the rest of his life.
