| Regarding purchasing from IC CORP. All of their items have minimum purchase requirements from 18 to 50 depending on what you order. There might also be sales tax, it depends on your state of residence. |

I stand corrected, the IC 470 cap you may be able to order 1. The rest of the caps are min 12 each. Sorry for the off topic!

but how to order, where to mail it, and how to pay for it? I don't have a fax machine either so that won't work. |

I think you have been told this many times but once again. Credit Cards only and the order must be FAXED, go to your local office store. There is also a minimum charge of $5.00 on orders under $25.00 and they will tack on 9.5% tax most likely. It is going to be an expensive hat after all. Here is the orderform link
http://emaginepromo.com/orderform.pdf. Please try to comprehend what previous posters and this post are telling you. Sincerely |

I have not had any luck removing the "School Bus" from the SIKU. The yellow paint easily disolves. If you are successful please let us know how you did it. Thanks, Splitrimz. |

| I did that and all of the rub rail paint smudged over the name. I use it all the time though for other stuff. |

| Thanks. I will use something else (paint maybe, but it would be hard to get it the exact color) The siku cost about $20, not including shipping. Here is a good site to buy models from, and is where I got the Siku; http://www.schoolbusgifts.com/index.html |

Does anyone have any International Thomas models? Those are quite rare and I would like to see some pictures of those.
These first two are pretty rare. Apparently the were only given out to employees of International Navistar but they show up on eBay occasionally:

This next one is a Siku Thomas Frieghtliner with the front off of the Sunnyside 9852 you always see on eBay. Its a custom job, you need the both the Siku , the 9852 model and a hacksaw, LOL:

The SS9852 for those who are not familiar with it:

There is another Thomas International model but unfortunately I don't have it. Its an S-1800 with a removable hood that features a DT466 engine. Its very rare but like the others will sometimes make an appearance on eBay.
Hey Lee, do you know how to get the body off of that ss9852? I took the screws out, but something seems to be holding it on still. I know there's things that slide in on the back, but the front is the problem. It seems to stay onto the chassis. |

| You have to have the doors open and wiggle the stop sign back and forth or else you will brake it. I did that so many times and I was mad. |

GMCBlue-Bird83, where did you get that International Crown Classic? http://www.schoolbusenthusiast.com/Fall_2005/model_4.html I was reading in the old school bus model forum that Jeff made some from scratch. Does anyone have any pictures of them because the website they posted doesn't work anymore. |

Jeff made that for him, using the Sunnyside IHC/Crown-BlueBird-Ward-whatever it is. Or it looks like it may have been that IHC Blue Bird model they were selling for a limited edition, I can't tell. |

no, not lee's but I read that jeff had his own site.
posted by: Buskid All right, I got Jeff's pictures in the mail today. I uploaded them on to a simple page for everyone to see. I had to use FrontPage to create the page because my computer is down, and the only computer I have access to at the moment is my laptop. And since FrontPage is the only program I have on here to create websites, here goes: http://school-buses.net/school_bus_models.htm Of course, in the process of uploading that page, I accidentally deleted the index for school-buses.net. So, as a side note, if any of you are trying to access school-buses.net, I won't be able to fix that index page until I get my regular computer back. Sorry about that. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy the pictures Jeff sent.
The link doesn't work and I was wondering if anyone else knew a link to them. |

That is off Trina's website, not Jeffs. To my knowledge, Jeff does not have a website. Jeff sent those pictures to Trina and she posted them on her old website. And since the images were hosted on that website, they are gone.
I have the images off their saved to my HD, but I won't put them up without permission of Jeff or Trina. |
