What do you mean the way is swings out? I wouldn't know anyway. I only have the original IC CE ones. |

| Yes I made the IC RE, its a poor attempt but I really wanted one. It is a decent fleet but an expensive one, I would say I have spent around $200.00 on that. Thanks for the comments. |

I emailed him the same quesstion and her is what he emailed me back:
"The white top was sanded and blocked off and then painted glossy white with spray paint. The black around the warning lightsbare blocked off with black vinyl film and then painted inside the lines. The stop sign is just color copies made at Kinko's. they make those for me and put about 100 on a sheet so i have plenty of them. I then use the self adhesive laminating film to give the stop sign a shiny look. I used smal colored rhinestones for all of the lights. All of the lettering is made from www.myfonts.com. Highway Gothic series B."
