I use label sheets, and they work great, except on small buses you cant cut it small enough to fit between the rubrail and it shows:

| I tired to use labels, they did not work and plus they did not look good. To get a fine cut, like from School Bus Gifts, you need a knife (and i can not think of its real name, but it is used in the workshop to cut small items.) |

Yes, I use clear paper with my lable maker. The same as Lifestar FE. I bought some paint at waalmart the other day hoping it would work, but it didn't. Does anyone have any name brands they could tell my? I am looking for White, Yellow, and Black. |

There are many pictures of them via web nowadays... School Bus Enthusaist has some, you just need to do more looking. They are, to my understanding, the exact same as the HDX model but they have the late 1990s Thomas Saf-T-Liner ER front. |

Have you guys ever seen a bus like this one before? It is made from Ertl, It is similar to a Blue Bird International. I picked it up in Branson a few weeks ago.

That really is an amazing piece of work. I too marvel at the rear of that bus. And it's a Superior!!! WOW! |

Hey everyone. I just finished taking pictures of all my diecasts.
http://community.webshots.com/user/KylesBuses
Take a look. Some of my models are replicas of the buses used in my town. I am converting my fleet into my town's bus yard. The bus replicas are NOT finished models. I am still on the look out for stuff to make it better, kind of like Jeff's. I had and IC CE bus go very bad in the making. The paint was scratched bad on the hood and my mirrors broke off. So I decided today to light it on fire. It didn't work to well. I guess I didn't use enough gas! Well, for those IC haters, there you go. Oh, I do like those models and I am saving up for a bunch of new ones. |

Set it on fire? Are you nuts! I mean I've had my hates in my life, but I don't go around setting bus models on fire... if its just a scratch you could have repainted it.. Most models don't come with mirrors anyway.. |

| ummm.... FirstStudent Guy, nice models and all...but...WHY ON EARTH DID YOU SET THAT POOR IC CE on FIRE???? What did that bus do to you?? I really cannot believe that a bus lover would do that to a bus model. My Thomas C2 has a scratch on it and I didn't burn it. OMG OMG. I am dissapointed in you FSG. Shame, Shame |

| Sorry guys. I have tried so many times to resuper glue the new mirros I got on it and it turned the paint red on the bracket area. I erased the "I" logo by mistake. One of the rear tires broke off and I had to super glue it back together. I broke the side of the windshield off by mistake. My old friend broke the original mirrors off. I just wanted to get rid of it. I took all the parts off it so I can use them later in life. I have crushed some cheap models that I messed up badly. Those models was my old ones that I gave to my cousin that he has ruined over the years. My storage bus was his. I do have to say that I keep my EXISTING fleet in very good shape. I use a "goo gone" cleaner that keeps the color in brand new shape. |

Holy smokes!! First student guy, as far as I'm concerned, what you do with your buses is your business. You paid for them and you can do with them what you please, even if that means setting the IC on fire. I probably shouldn't mention that I've set a couple hundred of my old retired posterboard buses on fire...but that's just the way it goes. Otherwise, I'd never have room for new ones.

It was either converting my IC CE or my IC BE. I chose the BE that I am going to convert to a commercial bus. The CE had to many problems with it to restore anyway. SuperiorGMC1983, everyone needs to let their feelings out sometimes! |

| Hello, I am rather new here so I thought I would start with a question please. I am a driver and do collect a few buses along the way. I have some of the newer ones and several, like me, that are older. I wanted to check and see if this area is limited as to type or year built? I mean just newer,di-cast or buses in general? Thanks, Mike |

Hi, yes it is plastic and metal. It is the newest one I have. I found it at a hardware store. I would think the "Hubley" is a little rare because it is still in its original box. Other wise the old Ford is because of age. I actualy use to drive an old 65/66 Ford bus years ago that was much like the little di-cast. I also have some model kits (2) that are buses. Thr TD S-Cool bus and one that is 30's style. I have a 2nd Hubley that is out of the box, I will photo it some time so any one interested can see the complete thing. Mike |
