You have to upload them to a photo site, like photobucket. then you can either post a link to them, or inclose the URL in . if you inclose it in that, it will show up as a picture here. I will post pictures of my buses later. Edit= i just realized that that didnt work, you can click on the insert image button right above where you type when you post, then inclose the URL in that

I moved into a new house about three years ago and have yet to put my School Bus models back out. Here's a couple of pictures of my computer room at my old house. I've added more models to my collection since I took these pictures in 2003.

| Hey Buskid, where did you you get those manufacturer nameplates (or are they stickers?) and those keychains? Were they directly from the dealers? |
What is this "Hydraulic Brakes" nonsense you speak of? |

He's some shots of the Freightliner I hand customized..

I also have one with a yellow enterance door (first attempt at a customization), and one I made into a lift bus. The lift bus is a little messy, as I tried to remove the lettering on the sides and the rub rails went with it . I have much more than these, but I figured the customs are the most interesting. Enjoy!

They're real, not stickers. I've just collected them over the years. Some of them I bought at junkyards and from eBay, others have been given to me. Most of the keychains have been hand-outs at trade shows. |

These first two are pretty rare. Apparently the were only given out to employees of International Navistar but they show up on eBay occasionally:

This next one is a Siku Thomas Frieghtliner with the front off of the Sunnyside 9852 you always see on eBay. Its a custom job, you need the both the Siku , the 9852 model and a hacksaw, LOL:

The SS9852 for those who are not familiar with it:

There is another Thomas International model but unfortunately I don't have it. Its an S-1800 with a removable hood that features a DT466 engine. Its very rare but like the others will sometimes make an appearance on eBay. |

I know where I got them from.
A couple of them came from West Coach in Chino, California. When I lived out there, I did a lot of business with them. They used to give me the beanie buses when I'd go in to have my bus serviced. The rest came from a friend who works for International. |

| I wish they sold more International Thomases. I would like a few. GMC Blue Bird 83 I like the Double A Trans. details on it. I have 3 Sunyside 9852 International BlueBirds and how did you get those turn sidnals above the wheels on the Siku International Thomas? Nice job though. |

| Oh, that S-1800 with the removable hood, I saw that on ebay and I thought that it was a 1980's International Carpenter. |

I think when I broke apart the ss9852(Which was so much fun to do, LOL) I used the turn signal "bulbs" for the rear end to make the fender signals. It was a few years ago so Its possible my memory isn't working too well and I may have used something else but I'm pretty sure that was it. Over the years they kept falling off because I probably didn't use the correct type of glue or epoxy so none of them currently have the fender signals. I'm sure if you went to a hobby shop, you could find everything you're looking for including better materials for the signals themselves. I gotta say that I really had not even thought about my models for awhile but this thread has gotten my interested in doing some more work, LOL. I guess its time to buy some new ones
*Edit- I just placed an order for a new Thomas C2 and a Thomas HDX, both with white roofs. They should be here within the week |

I just worked on my C2 and Freightliner Thomas today. I colored the rims black on the C2. On the freightliner, I colored the interior and the SB lights. It didn't come out so great. I wish it came colored. The NY style is a little plain.
08BBVision- Who are you talking about for the Siku model? |

I was asking GMCBlueBird83 about the Siku. I also painted the rims black on my IC |
