There is also no FMVSS that states that a bus heater can't heat the bus by catching it on fire, but that got recalled a couple years ago when IC's right front heaters were doing just that.

Two known ejections, one in SE Ohio, one in Huntsville, Al (driver without seatbelt on ejected, bus off bridge, students killed). You'd think SOMEBODY would do something.
