ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A school bus monitor here was fired after he allegedly attacked at least two students aboard a moving bus, WFTV reports.

Video footage shows Franklin Olivo repeatedly shoving and grabbing a boy and pushing another child into his seat, according to the news source. When Orange County Public Schools board members watched the footage on Tuesday evening, they voted to have Olivo fired.

School leaders are prohibited by law from releasing details of the incident until 10 days after the monitor’s firing, so it’s unclear when the attack happened or what school the students are from, according to WFTV.

Olivo told the news source he did not attack the students, but wouldn’t comment further on the accusations.
