DARLINGTON COUNTY, S.C. — Lakeisha Graham-Martin, a bus driver for Darlington County School District, crashed into a mobile home here on Monday after she fell asleep at the wheel, WMBF reports.

Thirty-two students were on board the bus at the time. A couple of the students suffered minor injuries, Renee Gainey, a parent of a child on the bus who helped the students deboard, told the news outlet. The students had to exit through the back of the bus because the front was lodged in the mobile home. No one was inside the mobile home at the time of the crash.

The State Highway Patrol told the news outlet Graham-Martin admitted to falling asleep before crashing the school bus. She is facing a charge for running a stop sign during the accident, and the district has placed her on unpaid leave pending the outcome of the investigation into the crash, WMBF reports.
