The Louisiana State Police responded to the incident at about 6:40 a.m. Janice Norris backed her school bus into a Jeep Compass. There were approximately 30 students on the bus at the time, but EMS personnel examined them and no injuries were reported.
According to police, Norris’ driver’s license was suspended for non-payment of traffic tickets issued from out of state.
