SUPERIOR, Wis. — The police chief here said that an officer will be cited for driving his squad car into the back of a school bus last week, the Superior Telegram reports.

The school bus had stopped at a railroad crossing, as required by law, when the squad car rear-ended it. The officer will reportedly be cited for inattentive driving.

There were no children on the bus at the time. Officials said that the bus wasn’t damaged, but the squad car received some minor damage at the front.
