Federal investigators have joined in the search for a 10-year-old Florida girl who was snatched from her driveway Monday, March 6, after getting off her school bus. Jessica Rodriguez had just gotten off the bus when a man in a sport utility vehicle drove up, grabbed her and drove off. Jessica’s two younger sisters, ages 8 and 4, watched as the man abducted her. Local police believe the kidnapping was planned because the girls live in a sparsely populated west of Gainesville. The girls’ mother, Jennifer Graham, was asleep when the kidnapping occurred. Normally, she waits for her daughters at the bus stop. "Every day we make sure those girls get to the bus stop, and we are waiting for them when they get home, but I fell asleep," she told the Associated Press. Jessica’s photo and details of the kidnapping were posted on the Website of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
