School Bus Fleet has been chosen as a finalist in two categories for the 2015 Maggie Awards.

SBF Managing Editor Nicole Schlosser’s article “Will Ramped-up Vehicle Tech Bring Smarter, Safer School Buses?” is a finalist for Best Feature Article among trade publications with circulation under 50,000. The article appeared in the November 2014 issue of SBF and prompted a panel discussion at the National Association for Pupil Transportation’s 2014 Summit in Kansas City, Missouri.

SBF’s 2014 Fact Book is also up for a Maggie Award, in the Annuals & One-Time Custom Publications category for trade magazines.

The annual Maggie Awards program, held by the Western Publishing Association, recognizes publishing excellence for consumer and trade magazines in the western U.S. This year's awards banquet will be held on May 1 in Los Angeles.

SBF won a Maggie in the Guides, Catalogues and Directories category with its 2005 Fact Book. The annual issue features a variety of pupil transportation data, school bus specs and contact information for industry organizations.
