WARWICK, N.Y. — School bus manufacturer Trans Tech Bus has promoted two of its employees — Jose Vazquez is director of operations and Andres Garcia is director of manufacturing.

Vazquez has five years of experience in the school bus industry and three years of experience in the trucking and leasing industry. Prior to serving as director of operations, he was operations manager at the company.

Garcia brings more than 26 years of experience in the school bus manufacturing industry to his new position. He previously spent four years as the production manager for Trans Tech Bus.

In other news, the company has added Wolfington Body Co. in Mt. Holly, N.J., as its new dealer for the state of New Jersey. Officials said Wolfington will offer the full line of Trans Tech Bus vehicles, including the eTrans all-electric school bus.

“Promoting two valued team members, combined with the addition of Wolfington Body Co. to our family of dealerships, will only strengthen the Trans Tech brand,” said Dan Daniels, president of Trans Tech Bus. “We have a very talented team who take tremendous pride in building safe, efficient and reliable school buses. Jose and Andres embody that work ethic.”
