BETTENDORF, Iowa — Bee Line Co. now offers a series of vehicle lifts, tire changes and wheel balancers under two new partnerships.

Bee Line’s partnership with wheel service equipment supplier Corghi USA Inc. provides the HD700 Tire Changer and the ET66 Wheel Balancer. Company officials said that both are built “as ruggedly and with the same high quality” as Bee Line’s Heavy Duty Computerized Wheel Alignment and Frame Correction equipment.

The ET66 is a user-friendly tire balancer capable of handling a maximum tire weight of 440 lbs. The compact model utilizes an integrated lift, making the technician’s job effortless with less opportunity for physical injury, according to company officials.

The balancer’s energy-saving, slower speed of 75 rpm reportedly reduces the risks associated with rotating parts, and its spin time of 17 seconds can get jobs done quickly. The ET66 also moves easily on casters when floor space is at a premium.

The HD700 Electrohydraulic Tire Changer is suited for professionals who service trucks, buses or industrial vehicles. The design includes a ramp on the carriage with left-right movement, allowing technicians to easily maneuver and accurately place heavy truck tires onto the jaws.

Company officials said that tubeless or inner-tube type tires, as well as skid steer tires, can be slid on or off the rim quickly and effortlessly. The HD700 was designed to accommodate rim sizes from 14 inches to 26 inches.

Bee Line also recently partnered with lift manufacturer PKS Equipment & Engineering Inc. to offer several types of vehicle lifts.

The 4-Post Lift provides choices in lifting capacities from 12,000 to 80,000 lbs. and various runway lengths, and it includes safety locking legs on each post.

The Scissor Lift is driven by high pressure hydraulic cylinders with no under-vehicle obstructions or horizontal movement. It is designed to be drive-on ramp style or drive-through, recessed into the ground or above ground.

The Mobile Column Lift has per-column lifting capacities of 12,000 to 40,000 lbs. and fits tire diameters up to 72 inches. It is equipped with controls that raise and lower vehicles at the same pace to ensure safety, and it is easily moved when not in use to open a bay for other purposes, company officials said.
