Trans/Air releases educational BTU bulletin

DALLASTOWN, Pa. — Trans/Air Manufacturing Corp. has released an instructional bulletin that officials said educates consumers on how to evaluate BTU ratings and use performance pull-down criteria as a critical step in specifying bus air-conditioning systems.

The bulletin, called "BTU Ratings — Get Educated!," also warns consumers about problems associated with using unsubstantiated, published BTU ratings as buying criteria for bus air-conditioning systems.

The bulletin can be downloaded here.

A printed booklet version is also available upon request. Visit Trans/Air's website for more information.
