NEWMARKET, Ontario — On Jan. 7, Stock Transportation Ltd. completed its acquisition of North Bay Alouette Bus Lines Inc.

“This strategic acquisition broadens our base of operations in the Ontario area and should be seamless for the Alouette transportation team and customers,” said Lubke Storry, senior vice president of the company. “We certainly look forward to continuing to provide the school districts served by Alouette with excellent service and national resources in safety, training, recruiting and operations.”

North Bay Alouette Bus Lines operates about 32 school buses in North Bay, Ontario, and has been serving the area for over 32 years. Stock Transportation operates more than 3,500 buses in over 27 school districts in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
