RCA Rubber's Schultz dies

GREEN, Ohio — Gordon (Gordy) M. Schultz, a longtime executive for RCA Rubber Co., died on July 5. He was 53. Schultz joined RCA Rubber in November 1982 and held various positions during his 24-year tenure, including transit sales representative, sales manager and vice president of transit sales.

Schultz is survived by his children Brian, 23, and Kelsey, 15, as well as his sister, Linda Schultz; stepmother, Jeanne Schultz; stepsister, Carrie Eibeck; stepbrother, Karl Maier; aunt, Barb Stamm; and many nieces and nephews.

Remembrances can be made to the Hospice Care Center, 3340 Ridgewood Rd., Akron, OH 44333.
