Motorist drives on sidewalk to pass stopped bus

This video on newsnet5.com shows Shena Hardin driving her Jeep on the sidewalk to get around the bus. Police were waiting for her, and she was ticketed. She was charged by police with not stopping for a school bus and reckless operation.
