Snapshots — Summer 2011

Here, we share photos submitted to us by pupil transporters throughout the country that were featured in the Snapshots department of our July and August 2011 issues. The gallery also includes photos from the Snapshots department of our September 2011 issue, which highlighted school bus manufacturer Thomas Built Buses' Zero-Waste-to-Landfill efforts.



I am looking for old color photos of a Southern California School Bus Contractor that once operated Crown Coaches with in school bus yellow and black, but with Forest or Kelly Green bumpers and Green wheels.This once upon a time contractor had permission to have the green accessaries on their school buses. With the school bus movement going Green with hybrids perhaps we could have green bumpers for those new technology school buses.
