The school bus contractor will serve two Nebraska school districts with about 530 vehicles, including more than 400 new propane buses. Company officials say that it will be the nation's largest propane-powered school bus fleet.

Longtime leader Daniel Ustian retires, effective immediately, as chairman, president and CEO of Navistar, the parent company of IC Bus. Lewis Campbell is appointed executive chairman and interim CEO, while Troy Clarke is promoted to president and COO.
IC Bus Tulsa plant rewarded for energy efficiency

The school bus manufacturer receives an incentive payment for nearly $150,000 for retrofitting its Tulsa plant with high-efficiency lighting. Officials estimate that the new lighting at the IC Bus plant will save more than 1.5 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year.
LBS South acquires IC Bus distribution rights

The company completes a deal with Jacksonville-based Rivers Bus and RV Sales for the rights. Officials say they plan to expand the capabilities of the former Rivers Bus facility and expand its product line. LBS South will offer a range of training, service and support to customers.
