Four pupil transportation professionals recently completed the Special Needs Transportation Training program.
The latest to earn the endorsement, which is offered by the National Association for Pupil Transportation, are:
Kenny Mulder, Katherine Oetker, Kala Henkensiefken and Diane Stewart are the latest to complete the Special Needs Transportation Training program.
Four pupil transportation professionals recently completed the Special Needs Transportation Training program.
The latest to earn the endorsement, which is offered by the National Association for Pupil Transportation, are:
• Kenny Mulder, CDPT, director of transportation at Special School District in Olivette, Mo.
• Katherine Oetker, special-needs transportation specialist at Cook-Illinois Corp. in Waukegan, Ill.
• Kala Henkensiefken, transportation coordinator at Brainerd (Minn.) Independent School District 181
• Diane Stewart, supervisor at Virginia Beach (Va.) City Public Schools
The Special Needs Transportation Training program provides opportunities for transportation personnel who serve students with disabilities to access educational opportunities at local and national conferences and to gain national recognition for their efforts.
More than 70 people have earned the endorsement.
