CLEVELAND — A woman who drove on a sidewalk to pass a stopped school bus has been ordered by a judge to stand at the intersection where the incident occurred and wear an “idiot” sign, according to a story on newsnet5.com.

As previously reported, Shena Hardin was driving her car on Sept. 11, and footage captured on video shows her driving her Jeep on the sidewalk to get around the bus. Police were waiting for her, and she was ticketed. She was charged by police with not stopping for a school bus and reckless operation, but she later pled not guilty to the incident.

When Hardin appeared in court on Monday, the judge sentenced her to pay $250 in court costs and suspended her license for 30 days. She has also been ordered to wear a sign that says, “Only an idiot drives on the sidewalk to avoid a school bus" next Tuesday and Wednesday morning for an hour each day.
