COLUMBUS, Ohio — A bill that was passed by the state Legislature last Wednesday and will now go before Gov. John Kasich would require Ohio schools to address school bus bullying, according to a story on nbc4i.com.

The Jessica Logan Act is named after a teenager who committed suicide after being cyber-bullied. It would require schools to provide "age appropriate" education to students on bullying and develop a policy that addresses bullying both online and on the school bus.

Critics say the bill goes too far in addressing school bus bullying because it relieves parents of responsibility in how their children behave off of school grounds.
