JAMAICA, N.Y. — Bus mirror and recording camera manufacturer Rosco has introduced a 32 GB secure digital (SD) card option for its Dual-Vision windshield-based recorder, which company officials said will double the length of continuous recording to 30 hours.

This new option, which is available Aug. 1, allows fleets equipped with the Dual-Vision recorder to double the capacity of current 16 GB SD cards and capture a full week of vehicle driving hours in most industries and vehicle uses. Prior generation Dual-Vision recorders are suitable for the 32 GB SD card option, but require a firmware update for proper operation.

The Dual-Vision DV-Pro database management program also requires an update to version 2.1.3 to accommodate the new 32 GB SD card option.

Rosco provides customers with free upgrades on new functionality for all Dual-Vision technology.
