CLEVELAND — Christopher A. Rotolo has joined Trapeze Group as director of sales for the school division.
“With his depth of business knowledge and experience in transportation, Chris can help advise districts on how they can better realize operational, process and service level improvements through technology,” said Steven McKinley, operations manager with the Trapeze school division. “He joins us at a time when we are getting ready to launch several new software technology solutions that can provide significant advantages to school transportation departments of all scopes and sizes. Chris can help educate our customers on how some of these solutions could benefit their operations.”
Officials said that some of the new technologies Trapeze will be launching include VEO for School Transportation, a calendar-based routing and scheduling solution that enables districts to proactively manage their routes to ensure that the right students are transported on the right days to the right programs.
In addition, Trapeze has developed new operations management solutions and onboard mobile device technology that make it easy and cost-effective for school transportation organizations to communicate in real time.
Rotolo joins Trapeze with 19 years of corporate travel and transportation sales experience. Officials said he was consistently a top sales producer at companies such as Northwest Airlines, American Express and Gateway Travel Management.
He was most recently with Runzheimer International, a provider of mobile workforce solutions, and he has significant experience providing software-as-a-service solutions for organizations of all sizes.
