A-Z Bus Sales promotes top exec
Jim Reynolds, who has served as president since 2006, is now president and CEO. In his new role, Reynolds will continue to direct the business activities of A-Z Bus Sales, and he will add the responsibilities of strategic planning, corporate succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions.
COLTON, Calif. — A-Z Bus Sales Inc. has promoted Jim Reynolds to president and CEO.
Reynolds has served as president of A-Z Bus Sales since 2006 and has been with the company since 2001.
In his new role, Reynolds will continue to direct the business activities of A-Z Bus Sales. He will add the responsibilities of strategic planning, corporate succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions to his current duties.
Reynolds is a member of the California Association of School Business Officials, the Small School Districts’ Association, CalACT and the California Association of School Transportation Officials. He has been called upon to present, as a panel member, on alternative-fuel vehicles.
Moreover, Reynolds has worked with most major regional air districts, the California Energy Commission and the California Air Resources Board to provide industry positions on many state-related clean air programs.
In addition, Reynolds is the western regional contributing member of the Blue Bird Corp. Dealer Advisory Council. This council advises Blue Bird on quality, trends, marketplace needs, and current and proposed changes to laws and regulations as they pertain to the school bus industry.
